The biological contact oxidation treatment process adopts plug-flow biological contact oxidation, whose treatment effect is better than that of completely mixed or two-stage series completely mixed biological contact oxidation tanks. The activated sludge tank has a small volume, strong adaptability to water quality, good resistance to shock loads, stable effluent quality, and no sludge bulking. The biochemical tank uses new packing with a large specific surface area, which allows microorganisms to easily form and detach biofilms, achieves a high organic matter removal rate, and improves oxygen utilization efficiency.
The biochemical tank adopts the biological contact oxidation method. The volumetric loading of its packing is relatively low, and the microorganisms are in the autoxidation stage, resulting in a small amount of sludge production. Sludge discharge is only required once every three months (90 days) or more (by suction with a manure truck or dewatering into sludge cakes for outward transportation).
The entire equipment treatment system is equipped with a fully automatic electrical control system and an equipment failure alarm system, ensuring safe and reliable operation. Generally, no dedicated personnel are needed for daily management—only timely maintenance and upkeep of the equipment are required.
It adopts glass fiber reinforced plastic (FRP), corrosion-resistant carbon steel, and stainless steel structures, which have excellent properties such as corrosion resistance and aging resistance, with a designed service life of up to 30 years. The entire set of equipment features simple construction and easy operation, and all mechanical equipment is fully automatically controlled.
