Butterfly Valve

The butterfly valve is composed of the valve body, valve stem, valve seat, valve plate, bushing, and actuator. The butterfly valve adopts a mid-line structure design.

When the valve is in operation, it achieves opening and closing as well as flow regulation through the 90° rotation of the valve plate. When the valve is fully closed, the outer circle of the valve plate uniformly presses against the valve seat, utilizing the elasticity of the rubber to form a seal, thus achieving a bidirectional zero-leakage seal when fully open, the valve plate is parallel to the flow direction of the medium, ensuring a smooth flow path and extremely low flow resistance. The overall structure is compact, the opening and closing is lightweight, the sealing is uniform, and there is no eccentric wear. It features no directional requirement for installation, simple maintenance, and a long service life.
